Individual needs should be calculated after allowances for other available bursaries and loans, savings and potential earnings and family or parental support have been factored in. The maximum amount awarded to any student in any one year is £2,000. If you are unsure, we are only an email away.

Accommodation costs (college accommodation, off campus lodgings or rent)

Food

Transport

Books and Study materials

Protective clothing where this is for necessary parts of the curriculum

External tests / examination fees

Course study trips between £500 and up to a maximum of £2,000

What our bursaries DON'T cover

  • Hire Purchase Payments
  • Overdraft Loan Repayments
  • Support for Dependants
  • Long Term Housing Costs
  • Industrial Experience (for more than 6 weeks)
