You can only apply directly by making an enquiry and then printing off the application form which will be sent to you.  This form is completed manually and sent by post to the Secretary.

Qualifications are awarded by the college or university at which you undertake your course.

Check the eligibility criteria to see what the Trust will and will not offer funding for.

You only need to have the qualifications you require to be accepted for your chosen course.  The Trust supports students at all levels.

This depends on the financial information you provide on your application, but the maximum awarded to a student in any academic year is £2,000.

Our guideline age range is 18 to 30.  Exceptions are very occasionally made for older students who are making a genuine career change.

You are free to email the Secretary with any queries or problems you have with your application form and advice will be provided.  The Secretary reviews the forms before they are considered by the trustees and will contact you if there are any points which need clarification.

The Trust need not know about your criminal record.  If the college or university at which you are going to study has accepted you onto your course you can apply for funding in the same way as everybody else.

You will need to apply again for each year of your course.

The deadline for completed applications is 1st June for consideration at the Trustees’ July meeting and 1st October for their October meeting.
